Intensive Program Weeks

Through a comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessment, including QEEG brain mapping, primitive reflexes, balance, eye tracking, cranial and vagus nerve function, gut-brain health, and structural factors like breathing, tongue positioning, and body symmetry, we uncover what’s really driving your child’s challenges. But more importantly, we don’t leave you with information alone. You’ll walk away with a clear, personalised plan and the confidence of knowing exactly what to do next.

During the intensive, we begin the process of change together, supporting your child in real time, and then equipping you with your bespoke Homecare Programme and ongoing guidance fom us so you can continue that progress at home.

This is about more than just short-term improvements. It’s about helping you understand your child, reducing the daily stress and uncertainty, and giving you a clear path forward—so you can start to see the changes you’ve been hoping for.

Fast forward 9 months and my son has made some great improvements both in speech and in behaviour.

I got in touch with Lara around 9 months ago after I was reading a book "Disconnected Kids" by Dr Melillo. I saw that Lara a few years ago had gone over to learn off Dr Melillo primarily to help her own son at the time who was going through some developmental issues.

Some of the things that Dr Melillo mentioned made sense to me and I liked the positive messaging he put out. Basically saying many of these kids are geniuses and they just need to work on bringing up other areas of the brain that were not as well developed.

My own son who was 2 years old at the time had also been going through developmental issues such as stimming, hyperactivity and had a very limited vocabulary whilst not liking certain changes in routine.

Conversely he also had an amazing memory and could already do the alphabet and count to 20 at a very young age so I was searching for some solutions to help bring up his communication and improve his stimming.

I decided to make the trip from the northwest of England down to Kent to meet Lara and liked her positive outlook straight away.  She told me that my son had some "retained primitive reflexes" that would have been holding back his development.

Once I was back home Lara sent me a plan to help my son's development using various exercises and also utilising pieces of equipment such as a Rezzimax Device. This in many ways has been invaluable as I was able to easily integrate this piece of equipment and others into my son's day to day living.

Lara also helped me to make some changes to our living environment to make it less toxic and remove any potential extra stressors from my son's environment.  Simple changes such as buying a water filter, air purifier, non toxic cookware ...all of which are hard to quantify but have zero downsides and it just made sense to do from an overall health standpoint.

Along the way Lara has helped me to modify his initial plan to allow a more flexible approach that takes into consideration my son's age and attention span / ability to follow instruction.  Lara also put me in touch with nutritional specialist Vicky Finlayson who has helped to tailor his nutrition to bring about further improvements whilst identifying any issues which may of been affecting his development.

Fast forward 9 months and my son has made some great improvements both in speech and in behaviour. I am thankful for the help and guidance that Lara has provided and she has really helped me to understand what I need to do to help my son.
